It's been only 3 weeks since Christmas and my 6 year old son's dreamlite will not turn off.It was ordered in September and since it's past the 60 day return policy they can no do a thing about it!!!!

HOWEVER, THEY WILL GIVE ME FREE SHIPPING ON A NEW ONE THAT I MUST PAY FOR!!! A company designed for children's products?!! And this is the service I get??? I will no longer buy another item from this company or Pillow Pets again.

What a waste of money. A useless Christmas gift!

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY, or your child's broken heart that the thing doesn't even work.I told them I would not waste another penny on their business if this is the type of service they offer.
