I ordered two dreamlites onlinep from the offical website online fot my kids for Christmas.They sent me one dreamlite which I did not order and the other one that was right had fur missing and was defective. I called customer service and said I just wanted to return the defective one and send me a label and I wanted my money back for the defective one because they could not sende one in time for christmas. Then the label I returned it however a month later they sent me a replacement that I didn't want then I called and ask for a return label to send it back so I can get my money back and they said they'd email it to me I never got a email so I called back and ask for return label and they said they'd send it to me I waited and I never got a label in the mail 10 days later so I called again. Said theyd send me a label. We will see if I ever get one.They still have my monwy and Im waiting for a return label for something I did not want.Terrible customer service I will not order anything from them agian.

Update: I did cancel my credit card before Ontel was able to charge anything to it. I had to pay $12.00 for a new card to be fedexed to me so they already cost me $12.00. They had emailed me an invoice/confirmation and i emailed them at their email listed on it and...

Ordered dreamlites unicorn online from tv ad and got a call from them today stating they got my order and it would be filled. Also that they would send me a $100 gas gift card plus sign me up for a savings program that i could cancel if i did not want it but otherwise $29.95 would be billed to my credit card monthly.I asked when i could expect my dreamlites unicorn and they said they could not tell me, i'd have to call customer service. I told her i did not want anything else billed to my card and she promptly said have a good day and hung up on me. I tried calling customer service number and it was busy all day. I called another number and they said that was the number i had to call to cancel my order (i decided that was the best thing to do).
I did not want to deal with these scammers anymore so i cancelled my credit card and now if they try to charge it, they won't be able to. They have tried to call me but i will not answer the phone!
Do not order from Ontel Products. They don't have the product and they are not to be trusted.

Dreamlites are just plain junk!
It's been only 3 weeks since Christmas and my 6 year old son's dreamlite will not turn off. It was ordered in September and since it's past the 60 day return policy they can no do a thing about it!!!! HOWEVER, THEY WILL GIVE ME FREE SHIPPING ON A NEW ONE THAT I MUST PAY FOR!!! A company designed for children's products?!! And this is the service I get??? I will no longer buy another item from this company or Pillow Pets again. What a waste of money. A useless Christmas gift! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY, or your child's broken heart that the thing doesn't even work. I told them I would not waste another penny on their business if this is the type of service they offer.

Do Not buy a dreamlite online
I just called Dream lite customer service. My question, why on there home page did they have WEB only on certain animals that you can purchase in the store, ie. the Unicorn stated WEB only, and I just came back from buying one at Toys R Us. She didn't care about that, she wanted to know what I was ordering, I said nothing I have read the reviews on your return service, people not getting there shipments, battery recharges being charged to the customer when not ordered. Plastic part that covers battery broken, and Dreamlites won't replace it so they have taped it. After reading the above and there are more there is no way I would purchase one online. She hung up on me. I called back and said the same thing to a man this time, and he said we guarantee ours, if you buy one from a store there is no gurantee. I asked about the Web page, is wasn't aware of it. And then what did I want to order, I said I would not order anything from Dreamlites Online, your a rip off. And he hung up.

Brought from two DIFFERENT stores!!!!!!
My 5 year old daughter wanted a dreamlite. So I went to wal-mart and got her one this is a little after Christmas it is 1/5/2013 when I brought the first one. It was a red ladybug the one she wanted. So of course my child was very excited to have this toy she saw did amazing things. First of all it is hard to open, Second after you get the batteries in there and press the button it DOES NOT turn on like at all. Not even a flicker of light. Now it is 1/7/2013 and I went to a differnt wal-mart got another red ladybug , and THE SAME THING HAPPENS. Like WTF I wasted so much money it was $32 after taxes for both. So I spent $64 on two separate deamlites from two different stores and they BOTH didn't work......One Word S.C.A.M!!!!!!!! I did get my money back thanks to wal-mart they have great customer service. But the Value of Loss was my little girls tears. =.....(

They shipped my dreamlites to benicia CA and im still waiting for my package
I order 5 dreamlites on Nov 30 for my grandkids. My package was sent to Benicia CA. I call dreamlites and all I get is run around I recently talked a representative and he told me he was going to send me a new order on rush and gave me a new order number but when I go on line to check for a tracking number my 1 St order pops up... and it still says my package is in Benicia CA. Dreamlites does not know where my package is at my grandkids are going to be disappointed this Christmas

I called 4 didfferent times and was treated very rudly n hung up on without hearing my side
I ordered a dreamlite puppy dog for my grandson as soon as the tv adds were on tv, first i was charged 97.95 for one puppy dog. so i didn't pay for it the I ordered another one it was 55.56 n realized my grandson had used my cc n used the money i had in my cc account so on July 30th I once again ordered the same item which came out to $60.97 which was taken out of my cc on august the 3rd, when i didn't recieve my item in 6-7 days as promissed i called the 800 customer service number I spoke to 3 different sdr whom were very rude to me wouldn't listen to my concerns n just hung up on me on my 4th call I finally got a csr who was kind n had manners, he listened to my concerns and my problem i was having. he was to only one to who was kind enough to give me ur web-site so i could tell u my concern. On august the third the amount of $60.97 was taken out of my cc on my statement it did say the it was dreamlites who they had paid for my Item. as of yet going now on 2 months i have recieved nothing. I did advise the young man that the money was taken out ot my cc n i had the statement in front of my face this young man understood n said that he would also write my concerns to the corporate office also. He also advised me I could order another on n re-pay but why should i do that when i have already paid for the item i had already ordered. apparently they had the wrong zip-code on my mailing address also. SO the reason I'm writing is that to tell u all that I have already paid for the item i ordered the money was taken out of my cc it is in my statement n i've talked to the bank and they also advised me who the party was that they paid which was dreamlites. I would really appriciate my item sence i have already paid for it, n don't feel i should re-order n re-pay for it again. that isn't fair to me or my grandson who's been asking for it every day n i keep running out of things to tell him sence he see the mail-man run in front of my house my grandson is really looking forward to his puppy pillow... sence it is paid for i would appreciate it if u could send my item asap. this is my address. Ripped me off
I ordered one of the silly monkey dreamlites for my grandson. As I was going through the process of checking out, a page came up about rush handling. I did not want this, but was not given the option of refusing it... just an "enter" button. I went ahead and got to the total page and saw they had charged me $22.90 for rush handling. This made the total over $46. I tried to cancel it then, but they said I had to wait 24 hours to do that. When I called the next day, the foreigner told me I would have to wait 24 hours as well. I did, and last night placed an order to cancel. This morning I received an e mail telling me it has already shipped and there is nothing they can do except give me a $5 rebate. THIS WEBSITE IS A TOTAL RIPOFF. IT SHOULD BE REPORTED TO THE FCC.

Dreamlites order process is shady!
I have the same complaint as the others. I ordered one dreamlites for my son because he has been having nitemares. He has a night light but recited the entire commercial I my husband so that pulled at our heart strings! The ordering process offers additional options after placing your initial order "on your way to viewing/printing a receipt". It is kind of confusing as to what you are looking at and if you hit any item, which I must of done by mistake it automatically adds it to your order with no additional review of your order! IT PLACES YOUR ORDER! So, at the end of it I had an order for 2 instead of 1! Of course this was done on a Friday evening, and the customer service line is only operating M-F 9-5! So, by the time I call on Monday morning they have already processed the order and will not change it give me a credit or anything! I am told I have to wait for it to arrive and then call for instructions to ship it back! They will not give me a credit for shipping..nada nothing! Ask to speak with supervisor and they are on another call...I bet they are...because they are scam artist and have done this to every person that has placed an order! Oh by the way when I first got on the line with someone after a 20 min. wait, I was offered a $5 credit. Well if you say no, it WILL NOT be offered again so you may want to take it if it will give you some satisfaction because after that it's gone! SO DISSAPPOINTED! I was so happy for the success of the Pillow Pet people UNTIL NOW!

Dreamlites - Out to SCAM
I ordered a dreamlite from their website. After putting in my payment information and PAYING, it then gave me the option of upgrading my order to have 3-5 Day Expedited Shipping. I paid for it, then a week later received an email saying that I would receive the item in 5-10 business days (!!!!). I called to complain, asking to speak to a supervisor. I was told that their supervisors were busy and that they could offer me a $5 credit for my trouble. I had to argue with her over 5 minutes before she would transfer me to a supervisor (she repeatedly said they were all busy at the moment). I asked why they didn't PLAINLY specify that my order would take an ADDITIONAL 5-10 business days AFTER the 3-5 day expedited shipping??? Does that not imply that I would be receiving the product in 3-5 business days?? I now do not have my son's birthday gift for his birthday. The ordering process was sketchy, and I am obviously unhappy with the results. I will NEVER order from them again and I strongly suggest you do not get mixed up with this obvious scam. Oh, and if you stick with regular shipping, it takes 4 to 6 WEEKS to receive your Dreamlite.

Giving me the run around.
DO NOT ORDER ON LINE FROM DREAMLITES. Go to a store and purchase items. I placed an order on their website and I was unclear if it even took, so I called them and they said no,they did not see an order place. I told them their website wasn't working correctly. I placed another order. I received the first order and then a week later received another order. I called and requested a return lable, since it was their fault, since I did check with them before ordering the second time. NOw THEY ARE GIVING ME THE RUN AROUND. They were to notifiy corp about this problem that was 30 days ago. No one has called or emailed. I just got off the phone with them, and now they tell me they only send return labels for damaged items. I am sure my grandkids will like them for Christmas, but this company doesn't know the meaning of treating your customers right. All for a return lable......

Well, my daughter,3,absolutely fell in love with Dreamlites that she saw on the TV, so she must have one. I went on their website, filled out the online order form and waited for confirmation and to print out my receipt. But before that could happen, they had me answer a few questions-fine. They then offered me other products, such as a battery charger, etc...I did agree to get the battery charger (or something of that nature) for about $7, but nothing else. Also, in the commercial, they offer you a chance to receive 25% off your total if you print out the word DREAM, so, of course, i did. So, after all of this, my total bill came to approximately $83.00! They ended up charging me for TWO dolls, charger, and NO 25% discount!

I ordered one on June 29 for my granddaughters birthday on July 8. Site stated 'Delivery in 5-10 days'. It's now July 10 and still no delivery! The company sure didn't hesitate to take their $40.00 and yes, I did pay for shipping! I don't even want the *** thing now. However, I'd hesitate to return it. With their track record, I most likely would never get credited and wouldn't have the product. I'll NEVER order from this company again. I also notified Sprout TV of the situation as this is where I saw the advertisement.

Dreamlites Beware!
I ordered a "snuggly puppy" through the dreamlites website. I noticed when I received my order confirmation that it had added an additioanl dreamlite puppy and an additional ac adapter totaling $84.70. I immediately emailed "help" cancelling my order. I have yet to receive a response. I have called this company numerous times attempting to cancel my order and have yet to reach an actual human being on the phone. Today, this company has charged my debit card $84.70!! I have disputed this with my bank however, it may take 90 days before this is resolved! THIS COMPANY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!

Dreamlite is a scam!
My son watched dreamliite's commercial and was so excited, so I went online and immediately ordered the Giraff for his birthday. I even paid extra for expeedite shipping to ensure that it arrives before his birthday. Two week later I was still waiting for the product. I just called the comapny and was informed that if I want the Giraff I have to wait 6 more weeks!! A fact they forgot(...!?) to mention when I placed the order. And regarding expedites shipping??? they shamelessly explained that it does not mean getting your order faster, it onmly means that your oreder will be handled in a higher priority.... If we truly believe we desreve better service for what we pay, we MUST stop purchasing any products from companies like Dreamlite!

the unicorn pillow pet the plastic that is made on it has started to melt.it is not suppose to do that.what am i supposed to do? i cant let my gran baby have it while she is going to bed.
It says on your sites,that it supposed to go off automatedly. but they do not go off like they suppose to.please help me with this problem,and their are other people out there are complaining about the unicorns that you have.
